Read and complete our data collection questionnaire. It will take about 10-15 minutes and you will only be asked questions that are relevant to the management of your weight.

After you have completed our medical questionnaire, your doctor will assess your suitability for treatment with Mounjaro based on the answers you have provided. If you are suitable for treatment we will send you our onboarding video, which provides a detailed explanation of what to expect when taking Mounjaro. We will then organise a short video call to confirm your identity and weight, and answer any questions you may have.

We will send you a link to order your starter pack containing your weight-loss pen with four doses to be injected weekly, pen needles, and a sharps box. Your starter pack will cost £189.
